1. Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Position Summary: Shipping & Receiving Clerk position works in support and under the direction of the Materials Control Manager.


1. Follows and maintains procedures to safeguard the inventory on an ongoing basis
2. Assists with unloading, receiving and distributing all incoming packages
3. Enters freight charges to work orders in MyTaskit
4. Prepares and ships outbound packages
5. Participates in cycle counting of inventory on a weekly basis
6. Maintains the work area and stockroom in a clean and organized manner
7. Assist with parts pickups and town runs as necessary
8. Performs the reasonable duties related to the stockroom as necessary


High School Diploma or equivalent preferable-must have valid Massachusetts driver’s license

Seeking experienced boat mechanic specializing in diesel and gas engines with strong background in onboard systems. ABYC cert preferred-not required-Also seeking Outboard Engine Techs.

3. Dock Master

The job duties of the dock master are dynamic and include:
• Managing Dock Staff
• Identifying/implementing Waterfront Maintenance
• Maintaining positive customer relations with seasonal guests, transient guests, and visitors
• Working with established budgets for payroll and expenses
• Achieving forecast revenue goals

The dock master is responsible for overseeing and playing an active role in the everyday services and operations of the marina:
• Maintain fuel docks, fuel tank area, and fueling of guests boats
• Keep track of inventory for Fuel and Oil Products
• Assist all vessels in directing to slips, tying up, and hooking up of utilities
• Manage reservations (Dockwa) and make slip assignments for all transient customers and coordinate all long term/seasonal slip assignments
• Replies to guests or company phone calls, emails, or guest inquiries in an accurate, professional and timely matter
• Communicate directions clearly and effectively to staff
• Implement Waterfront Maintenance during off season
• Support Maintenance & Repair Reports generation during off season
• Responsible for selecting qualified Dock Staff annually

Experience Required
• High School or equivalent required. College degree preferred
• 2 plus years Marina Management experience required
• Experience with Small Boat handling
• Strong Communication Skills
• Captain’s License desirable (not required)
