This unmatched training session will help you ensure that OSHA* keeps away from your door, and you improve operations at the same!
New for the August 4th session!
In the past, the Marine Equipment Operator Course (MEOT) has included two vital topics—Marine Straddlelift and Forklift Operations—taught by renowned expert Paul Doppke. This summer, ABBRA is offering a special deal on its newly launched Hydraulic Trailer Training course, designed by Captain Salvatore Gugliara. Register for the August MEOT today and receive a one-time deal: the Hydraulic Training course for only $50! For one low price, you benefit from two trainings.
Topics!
ABBRA’s MEOT training addresses such classroom topics as OSHA requirements, operator responsibilities, accident prevention, equipment inspection, boatlifting and blocking standards, job-site safety, lift planning, supervisor awareness, and rigging considerations.
The fee for the MEOT in Marine Straddlelift and Forklift Operations is $150 per person, per course. August 4, 2010 MEOT participants are eligible to register for the new Hydraulic Trailer Training for $50. All fees include course instruction, related course handouts and a certificate of completion following successful completion of a written final exam.

*This course satisfies the classroom portion of the OSHA certification for forklift or staddlelift operators. To complete the OSHA certification, students must also complete and pass a driving test on their own facility’s equipment. Visit www.osha.gov for more information on the driving test and certification. This course is NOT hands on; it is only the classroom portion of the training.
