Offered jointly with the American Boat Builder and Repairers Association (ABBRA), the Marina Service Managers (MSM) course offers marine-service centers and boatyards up-to-date service- and repair-related material. IMI's expert instructors provide participants with pointers in such non-technical topics as human-resource development, financial controls, customer relations, project management, job estimating, warranty insurance work, marketing and sales, and more. The program is designed specifically for marina-service and repair managers.
